No. It might too expensive to consistently pay a registered professional however, when our professional coordinator completes the assessment, they are able to determine the type of care/services needed. Very few cases require 24 hours of care/services with a registered nurse/professional. The range of a client’s care/services can be anywhere from basic to complex. Nevertheless, all cases are managed by a highly skilled coordinator who makes regular visits to ensure continuous quality care/services.

Yes, we provide care for clients with a range of conditions. These might typically include: Dementia (Alzheimer’s etc.), Parkinson’s Disease, Strokes, Cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, Respiratory problems (e.g. COPD, Pneumonia), Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Hospital acquired infections (e.g. MRSA, Clostridium difficile), Coronary Heart Disease, Arthritis (e.g. osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), Acquired Brain and Spinal injuries.

Yes! Unless required by law, anything discussed in counselling and other care services remains confidential. Parents, husband, wife, families, friends, professors and others are not provided with any information regarding a student/individual in counselling or individual, families and organizations utilizing any services. Unless a written authorization for release of specified information is signed by the individual, families and organization involved.

We have been able to provide support workers/services to clients in emergency situations within a few hours however 24-48 hours’ is preferred.
